Philadelphia's Largest Indoor Christmas Tree at Liberty PlaceCENTER CITY, PHILA. — Looking for the most impressive holiday photo backdrop in Philadelphia? The spectacular Rotunda at 1625 Chestnut Street is currently home to one of the largest Christmas trees in the entire city (indoor or outdoor), standing at a magical 45 feet tall and adorned with over 33,000 lights and 1,500 ornaments.


This grand setting provides the perfect backdrop for the return of Selfies for a Cause, featuring the unlikely pairing of Santa Claus and The Grinch.

On two festive Saturdays—December 6 and December 13, 2025 (Noon to 5:00 PM)—guests can line up for a unique holiday photo shoot. For just a $10 donation benefiting the Morris Animal Refuge, "Selfie Elfies" will help capture pictures using attendees’ own cameras or smartphones.
