Festival goers will enjoy an afternoon of complimentary treats, including bites provided by local pizzeria Tony Roni’s, craft beer from Weyerbacher Brewing Co., massages provided by Hand and Stone Spa, and a variety of outdoor activities including corn hole, pie throwing, giant beer pong, sack racing, a pie eating contest, apple bobbing and even an adult-size bouncy castle! Attendees can also participate in an exciting tire-flipping tournament – starting at 3:30 pm – as an individual or as part of a 3-person relay team to compete for a free six month Sweat Fitness membership.

Kids also get in on the fun with face painting, arts and crafts, trick-or-treating, and other fun and games. Parents will also enjoy free childcare from 8am - 7pm.

Weyerbacher Brewing Company's Last Chance IPA – a full-flavored IPA with pleasant citrus flavors of tangerine and grapefruit – will be pouring from the taps! This beer was brewed specifically to benefit small, local animal rescue organizations offering pets a last chance to find a new home.

While entry into the event is free, 100% of the donations received will benefit the PSPCA. Attendees can get information on volunteering at the shelter, play with a couple of adoptable pups or even put in an application for adoption during the event.

“We’re always looking for fun ways to combine fitness with community outreach,” said President and Co-owner of Sweat Fitness, Tracy Shannon. “The Fall Fitness Festival combines all of those elements and we’re stoked to be able to give to the PSPCA.”

A spirited after party will be held at nearby bar Guppy’s Good Times in Conshohocken. Festival goers showing their Sweat Fitness Fall Fitness Festival wristband will enjoy food and drink specials starting at 8 pm.

The event will take place behind the Plymouth Meeting Shopping Center in Conshohocken.
