Fork RestaurantPhiladelphia, PA - Cameron "Cam" Bradfield is a former NFL offensive tackle.  Cam played in the NFL for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Atlanta Falcons, Arizona Cardinals, and the Dallas Cowboys. I love his entrepreneurial spirit. After finalizing his housing, we took a walk in his new neighborhood when we spotted Fork and decided to go in for dinner.

I remember eating at Fork in 1997 with my parents when Ellen Yin first opened Fork, a trendsetter. 25 Years later, the restaurant is still located at 306 Market St in Old City in Philadelphia and today is managed by The High Street Hospitality Group (HSHG), which is co-owned by Ellen Yin. Seasonal contemporary American Cuisine supporting local purveyors.

Our waiter was Greg Tucker, who opened the Cracker Barrel in Ridley Township in Delco in 2017. His career has evolved into fine dining; however, he still pleases people. We started with delicious homemade sesame focaccia bread with honey; Cape May sea salt. It was so good.

We shared the grass-fed hand-cut bone-in steak accompanied by a yummy soft and crispy potato pavé drizzled with sour cream. We also shared a dry-aged burger with raclette, caramelized onions, b&g aioli & fries.
The s ambiance was lovely, and the company was fascinating.
