Businesses In Center City Are Bouncing Back From Pandemic
Philadelphia, PA -The latest Center City Retail Update reveals that businesses in Central Philadelphia are recovering from the global health crisis. According to the report on WHYY, over 75% of businesses have bounced back compared to half that were operating in the spring of 2020. In a statement, Paul Levy, the president of CCD said, many businesses in Center City are benefiting from a seven-day per week consumer demand from individuals working from home. Levy adds that retail and restaurant jobs will recover as more employees and visitors return to central downtown.
