Philadelphia, PA - Could the 2021 Philadelphia Flower Show be moving outdoors from the Pennsylvania Convention Center to FDR Park in South Philly?
The Philadelphia Flower Show Moving Outdoors?
For the first time in the show's history, the Flower Show could be heading outdoors. According to KYW Newsradio, the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society notified its members that the show could be moving. It also may be pushing back the shows opening date into June.
Though no official announcement has been made, Jim Kenney, Philadelphia's Mayor made a statement supporting the move. Still, he gave no details on the official plans for the up and coming year's Flower Show.
The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society is expected to announce more information at a press conference next week, with an official announcement.
