The menu here is casually inventive, offering a wide variety of inspired small plates, fresh seafood, and handhelds like their paninis.
During our visit, we ordered a mix of dishes that showcased the kitchen's strengths, along with one that missed the mark slightly:
- Charcuterie: Unsurprisingly for a place with a dedicated cheese counter, the meat-and-cheese charcuterie board was absolutely amazing. It is a mandatory starter.
- Clams in White Wine: We also ordered the clams in a white wine sauce, which were fantastic—they had a perfect balance of herbs and spices.
- Seafood Risotto: The seafood risotto, however, was just okay. While the seafood itself was notably fresh, the risotto lacked salt and had either too much cheese or too much nutritional yeast, throwing the balance off.
- Other Favorites: Diners also consistently praise the crab cakes and the goat cheese paired with fig jam.
