aMuse  Le Méridien Philadelphia — Le Méridien Philadelphia’s first floor public spaces and Parisian-style brasserie, aMuse, are undergoing renovations for the first time since opening its doors in 2010. There will be a grand unveiling of the redesigned property in May showcasing LEO A DALY’s reimagined idealized trans-cultural space, creating an all-day dining from chic morning cafe to late-night destination.
 
 
The Twisted Tail – The Twisted Tail, Headhouse Square’s restaurant, bar and live music venue has done some spring cleaning of their lunch and dinner menus and added a handful of new dishes including a Smoked Duck Breast with black trumpet mushrooms, Turkish figs, and foie gras jus and an Octopus appetizer served with a chickpea puree, frisee, basil oil and smoked paprika. Guests can enjoy the new menu items and cheers to the warmer weather with the newest cocktail, Wild, Sprung and Stung, made with Wild Turkey 101, sage-infused honey, fresh ruby red grapefruit juice and egg white, among the mix.
 
 
Ocean Prime  – Ocean Prime, one of Center City’s most gorgeous seafood and steakhouses is celebrating the warmer temperatures with a lighter spring menu launching mid-April with specials presently running. Guests will enjoy a handful of new delicious seafood dishes including: Lemon Sole served with crispy garlic potatoes, shallot caper reduction; King Salmon served with roasted tomatoes, olives, fingerlings and Dijon dressing; Ahi Tuna served with mango, avocado, cashews, & spicy sesame soy glaze, among the mix.
 
 
Devil’s Den — Devil’s Den may be know for their premier craft beer selection, however, the South Philly restaurant and bar is shaking things up this season with a new spring/summer cocktail menu. Highlights include their newest addition, Sandìa ($9), a bright, refreshing cocktail made with Liberty Pole Bassett White Rye Whiskey, fresh watermelon juice, 21st Amendment Hell or High Watermelon Wheat & a salted lime syrup.
 
 
Red Owl Tavern – Red Owl Tavern’s Lead Bartender and master mixologist Kyle Darrow, is shaking things up this spring with a brand new killer cocktail menu. New cocktails include: The Chinatown Arch, served in a square wooden sake cup with jasmine infused scotch, salted plum cordial, lemon, pineapple; Penn’s Treaty, bourbon, strawberry, balsamic, bell pepper shrub, lemon, black pepper tincture, as well as a non-alcoholic CHOP Punch, iced tea, mixed with spiced apple syrup, mint, lemon and ginger ale. $1 from every Punch drink will be donated to CHOP.

Rex 1516 — Lou Dinunzio, Bar Manager at Rex 1516, South Street’s Southern-inspired restaurant and bar, has added two new cocktails in celebration of the change of seasons. Guests can cheers to the warmer temperatures with Kenginston Blues ($11), made with Applejack, lime, housemade grenadine, sparkling wine, or the Openly Opily ($11), made with bourbon, lemon, Becherovka, and orange curaçao, among the mix.

Jet Wine Bar – On Tuesday, April 11th, Jill Weber, Jet Wine Bar owner and Wining Archaeologist, will lead guests through a 5-wine Spartacus Wine Tasting. Attendees will celebrate the gladiator’s life and his journey from Thrace, trainings in Capua, refuge on Mt. Vesuvius and eventual defeat at Senarchia. 6:30-8:30pm, $30.
