Philadelphia, PA - Explore Cucumber Falls in Ohiopyle State Park if you love waterfalls. This 30-foot waterfall cascades over a sandstone ledge. Cucumber Falls at Ohiopyle State Park

Ohiopyle Falls, which stretches across the Youghiogheny River with a 20-foot drop, offers an excellent gorge view. Interpretive signage tells the story of George Washington's run-in with the river, and you'll find plenty of spots for beautiful photo ops.
You can walk a trail to the top of Cucumber Falls. Hundreds of rock structures surround the 30-foot waterfall, which has mini waterfalls on both sides. You can also walk under the waterfall on both sides and at the top. Afterward, you can take the trail back to the base and hike to the cascades, where the smaller drop and longer run are located.
