Philadelphia, PANational Tequila Day - People say tequila won’t cure all of your problems, then again it’s worth a try. And on July 24, there is plenty of opportunities to have a drink or two as you commemorate National Tequila Day.

 Scarpetta Philadelphia “Margarita Italiano”

Let’s face it – margaritas and the ultimate tequila cocktail. While the classic recipe is delicious, Scarpetta’s variation, made with espolon silver, Aperol, grapefruit, and lime is even better!

Porta Philadelphia “A Song of Ice and Fire”

For a fun cocktail with a bit of a punch, head to Porta for “A Song of Ice and Fire.” Made with Milagro silver, créole shrub Rhum Agricole, lime juice, passionfruit purée, and long hots, have a few of these cocktails, and you just may find yourself in the center of Porta’s nighttime dance floor!

Porta Philadelphia, “Añejo Old Fashioned.”

Made with Espolòn Añejo, agave, orange, brandied cherries, summer berry bitters Porta’s variation on an old fashioned made with tequila is anything but dull!

Brickwall Tavern Philadelphia “Headed West”

Made with Espolon Reposado Tequila, Manzanilla Sherry, Pear Liqueur, lemon & pear bitters, Brickwall Tavern’s Headed West cocktail maybe even more entertaining than the game of shuffleboard you and your friends will be playing at the bar all night!

PJW Restaurant Group’s Modern Mexican Eatery
