The two story completely renovated space is a contemporary chic addition to the Rittenhouse Hotel replacing the previous Smith & Wollensky restaurant. Patrons can enter through the lower street level doors or from the hotel lobby into the main bar area. Al a cart dinner is served on the second level exposing floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful view of Rittenhouse Park.

Chef Collaboration: Chef Michael Loughlin & Chef Benjamin Moore Dinner
For one night only, Northern Italian will meet New American as Executive Chefs Michael Loughlin of Scarpetta Philadelphia and Chef Benjamin Moore of Harper’s Garden join forks for a one-night-only collaboration dinner. Creating a truly transformative dining experience, the two esteemed Chefs will treat guests to a four-course meal featuring the bold, decadent flavors of Scarpetta’s modern Italian fare, alongside the contemporary, seasonal flare found at Harper’s Garden.
The dinner will take place on Wednesday, May 22nd at 7:00 p.m at Scarpetta Philadelphia. Tickets are available for $75, and the dinner will be limited to 50 guests. For an additional price, guests can add wine pairings to each course. Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite Here.
$7UNTIL7PM – Lucky number 7 strikes again! Scarpetta Philadelphia is dishing out a brand new menu of gourmet light bites, craft cocktails and select wines by the glass and beers for $7 until $7pm Monday – Friday, available in the downstairs lounge only.
New bite offerings include Whipped Ricotta, Tuna Avocado Tartare, Deviled Eggs, Over Baked Flatbread, and Meatball Sliders among others. Pair these dishes with Scarpetta’s new Italian-inspired cocktails, including a seasonal Bellini; “Italian Ice” made with limoncello, vodka and san Pellegrino limonata; and the “Vespa” made with apricot infused Tuaca, Aperol and citrus.
The $7 specials will run from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Spring Dinner Menu- Inventive interpretations of the vibrant, fruitful flavors of Spring translate directly onto Scarpetta’s a la carte menu offerings, with dishes such as Chilled Lobster Salad, Watermelon Salad, Seared Scallops, Roasted Baby Carrots, Roasted Chicken, Lobster Ravioli and House-made Papardelle.
The spring dinner menu is available to guests Monday 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. and Tuesday – Saturday 5:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Spring Seasonal Tasting Menu – Spring brings a new seasonal tasting menu to Scarpetta, highlighting the best fresh, bright flavors that nature brings.
For $60, begin with a trio of Tuna “Susci,” Raw Yellowtail and Arugula Salad with candied walnut, goat cheese, fig pear and cider vinaigrette, followed by a choice of Basil Gnocchi or Tagliatelle Bolognese and a choice of Prime Australian Lamb Chops with garbanzo puree, artichoke and braised kale; Market Fish with a seasonal preparation; or Duck Breast with spring onion fava, watermelon radish and pickled rhubarb.
The Seasonal Tasting Menu is available to guests Monday 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. and Tuesday – Saturday 5:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Scarpetta offers a distinctly bold menu including signature handmade in house pasta, raw and cooked seafood, various meat choices, and vegetarian or vegan options. High quality and local seasonal ingredients are used to execute the dishes with superb attention to detail and originality. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating due to the required training program held at other locations prior to opening. The training program aims to ensure full understanding of the Scarpetta culture, menu awareness and tasting, in addition to how ingredients are selected.
