While the entrance is small looking, the eatery is huge inside with a great deal of seating in the back, and the atmosphere is unique.
Chef Rodrigo Bolanos, who assisted Jose Garces on the line at El Vez is heading up the kitchen staff and turning out Latin-style dishes that includes an al pastor and pollo tinga, a twist on the Korean barbeque tacos, grilled-spiced chicken wings, as well as Mexican specialty sandwiches. We tried the Nachos which were good at the same time the tacos were pretty standard. Nothing out of the ordinary, although the Korean tacos with Kimchi stood out.
