PENNSYLVANIA - The Northampton County coffee scene is getting a highly anticipated, cozy new addition this weekend. Bethlehem Coffee Company is officially opening its doors on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Located in the heart of South Bethlehem at 9 W. Fourth St., this brand-new cafe promises to be an inviting neighborhood hub for cortados, croissants, and community conversation.
A Cozy New Coffee Shop with Vintage Vibes is Opening in South Bethlehem
Taking over a space that had previously been a local jewelry shop, the interior has been completely reworked to create a warm, very vintage feel. It seats around 24 guests and has new counters made from reclaimed wood. There are some very old light fittings and a vintage mirror (which has been repurposed) to add to the rather unique, very nostalgic atmosphere. You're very much encouraged to sit and stay.
Manager Eric Clouse is keen to finally show the community the much-anticipated bricks-and-mortar space. In the run-up to the opening, he's already said the team is absolutely thrilled to open their doors to the local area and share their work with the public. The aim is to create a community space where people can come in, have a great coffee, and just chill.
To ensure the best quality, the cafe is working with Necessary Coffee Roasters, based in Lancaster County, to source its beans. They're firmly in the medium-to-dark roast camp, with a nod to their sister brand, Passenger Coffee, for lighter roasts. The menu includes the usual espresso drinks (Americanos, flat whites, lattes, etc.), with lattes especially flexible, offering cold foam and various syrups.
In addition to standard drip coffee, fresh baked goods, and hearty sandwiches, the beverage program features several creative standouts. The shop is launching with a highly requested strawberry matcha lemonade, and the team also plans to utilize a custom kegerator to serve cold brew and potentially a specialty seasonal latte directly on tap.
Whether you are looking for a morning caffeine fix or a relaxed afternoon study spot, Bethlehem Coffee Company is ready to become the newest daily staple in South Bethlehem.
