Philadelphia, PA - Philly Blind Pig BBQ, in Nothern Liberties, is owned and operated by Pit Master Tom Bera, who has recently walked away with multiple BBQ championships. Most noticeably 1st place ribs in the Swinetastic BBQ competition, 2nd place for brisket at the BBQ n Blues in The Park in Mt Holly NJ and Grand Champion in the Smoke to The Valley competition in Green Lane Pa.
Tom will be bringing his Award-Winning BBQ to Dawson St Pub at 100 Dawson St, in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia this November 23rd and 24th. Dawson St Pub has been a haven for beer enthusiasts for nearly two decades, along with a great live band line-up on Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays.
During an appearance on Dining on a Dime on Indie Philly Radio, Tom mentioned his plans to bring his smoked turducken loaf, brisket gravy over biscuits, and much more to the Pub.
