COVID-19 didn't stop the madness. Tony Joe's Great House of Eats was terrific and made this fun and competitive. But it is kind of nice that a traditional take-out only primarily cheesesteak shop won. Let us not overlook the fact that Leo's is in DELCO (1403 Chester Pike, Folcroft). From what I saw on social media, Delco epitomizes 'we are all in this together.' Great win for Leo's Steak shop and their loyal DELCO fan base!
