Visit Philadelphia has officially narrowed down 1,300 community nominations to 15 finalists for the third-annual Liberty Bell Awards, and now the power is in your hands.
This isn’t your typical "Best of" list curated by critics. These categories represent the nuanced, gritty, and soulful reality of living in the 215. From the “How Is This Still a Hidden Gem?” category (featuring the mosaic-filled Magic Gardens and the jazz vibes of Cellar Dog) to the “Most Philly Vibes Per Square Foot,” the list captures the city's current momentum.
New Stakes for 2026 In a new twist for this year, the winners won't just be announced online. They will be revealed live on May 14 during Visit Philadelphia’s 30th Anniversary Gala.
“Local pride is our secret weapon,” says Angela Val, president and CEO of Visit Philadelphia. “These nominations come straight from the people who live, work, and play here.”
