Pennsauken, NJ – October 1, 2025 – A new and uncompromising destination for classic American comfort food is charging into South Jersey this Friday. The Raging Bull, located at 6007 Mansion Boulevard in Pennsauken, is set to open its doors on Friday, October 3, 2025, bringing an elevated take on cheesesteaks, smash burgers, and hand-spun milkshakes just minutes from Philadelphia. Owner and longtime restaurateur Eric Adili envisions this as the first of many such hot spots, carrying on a proud family culinary legacy.
Adili, whose father owned the beloved Palumbo’s in Cinnaminson and who himself ran The Fat Tomato in Berlin, is back with a new concept that puts uncompromising quality first. "Our goal is simple: use the highest quality ingredients, prepare everything fresh, and never cut corners,” said Adili. “When you’re paying for a ribeye cheesesteak, you should taste the difference. Every ribeye is sliced fresh daily, every chicken steak is brined and shaved in-house, and every fry is crisped in beef tallow for unbeatable flavor.”
Grand Opening Festivities and Freebies:
To celebrate its grand debut, The Raging Bull is hosting an exciting grand opening event on Friday, October 3, 2025:
- 11:00 AM: A ribbon-cutting ceremony with local dignitaries will kick off the day.

A Menu Focused on Freshness and Flavor:
The Raging Bull’s fast-casual menu is designed for lunch, dinner, take-out, dine-in, and delivery, featuring a deliberately simple yet bold approach across its three signature categories:
-
Cheesesteaks: Made with hand-trimmed ribeye shaved fresh daily and served on authentic Liscio’s seeded rolls. Cheese options include Cooper Sharp, Whiz, and Provolone. Signature creations include The Raging Bull (Ribeye, Cooper Sharp Whiz, chipotle mayo, roasted Italian long hots) and the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak (house-brined chicken steak, buffalo sauce, blue cheese, Cooper Sharp American).
-
Smash Burgers: Crafted with Schweid & Sons ground chuck, seared on a flat-top griddle for perfect crisp edges, and served on Martin’s potato rolls. Don't miss The Oklahoma, featuring thin-sliced Vidalia onions smashed directly into the patty, or the Go Phils! Red Hot October burger, specially created to celebrate the Philadelphia Phillies, with Vidalia onions, jalapeños, Bully Burger Sauce, lettuce, tomato, and Cooper Sharp American.
-
Sides & Shakes: Fries and onion rings are uniquely fried in 100% beef tallow, imparting a deep, beefy flavor without seed oils. Hand-spun, rich 16-ounce milkshakes come in classic flavors like Vanilla Bean and Cookies & Cream, plus rotating seasonal options such as Georgian Peach and a monthly special.
A Legacy Reborn:
For Eric Adili, The Raging Bull represents a continuation of a decades-old family tradition in South Jersey dining. Having grown up working at his father’s Palumbo’s and later running The Fat Tomato, Adili’s passion for the restaurant business is evident. After his father's passing and a brief foray into meal prep, Adili realized his true calling was back in the kitchen, building a new brand from scratch.
"Restaurants are in my blood,” Adili shared. “I’ve spent my entire life in this business, and this is where I belong. I wanted to create a South Jersey–born brand that people can be proud of, one that supports local businesses, values quality, and feels like home for the community.”
The name "The Raging Bull" itself pays homage to Adili’s culinary past and future, serving as the sibling brand to his planned future hot chicken concept, "The Raging Rooster." Adili plans to open at least three to five more Raging Bull locations in the coming years.
Community-Focused and Convenient:
Built on a commitment to community, The Raging Bull has partnered with next-door Black-owned business The Juice Bar Juice Company, owned by Seth Amoah, to offer exclusive fresh juice collaborations, starting with Strawberry Lemonade and Raspberry Iced Tea. The restaurant also brings new jobs to Pennsauken, employing up to four full-time and three part-time staff.
The newly renovated 1,600-square-foot space features modern updates, custom wooden counters, and a welcoming 12-seat counter. Its Pennsauken location, minutes from the Ben Franklin and Betsy Ross Bridges, offers strong visibility and easy access for both South Jersey residents and those coming from Philadelphia.
The Raging Bull Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
