Restaurants, bars and stores throughout Tropicana will offer unique dishes, menus, specials and discounts on all things seafood and nautical. Then order up the  Mixed Seafood Extravagance for your group, available in red or white, featuring a one pound lobster with clams, mussels, shrimp and calamari, sautéed with fresh and roasted garlic, herbs, oil and the sauce of your choice. Additionally, Carmine’s will offer it’s Shrimp Scampi, a true fan favorite loaded with a pound of shrimp drenched in our homemade scampi butter and seasoned with breadcrumbs All of our seafood entrees pair beautifully with Carmine’s Trebbiano Magnum 1.5L and a fresh-tasting white wine equivalent to 2 standard 750 ml bottles.

Fiesta Buffet– For Seafood Week, the newly renovated Fiesta Buffet Surf & Turf menu will feature –all-you-can-eat Snow Crab Legs, U-Peel Shrimp, Crab Cakes, Salmon, Seafood Fra Diavolo, Stuffed Flounder, Mussels and Steamed Clams along with a multitude of other selections including Slow Roasted Top Round of Beef, Hand-Carved Ham, Roast Turkey, Fresh Baked Biscuits, and Corn Bread.  Don’t forget to save room for dessert! Try a handcrafted Bloody Mary with Shrimp or an Oyster Shooter with Bloody Maria.

Golden Dynasty- Start your three course meal off with some Cantonese Seafood Soup, Flash Fried Salt and Pepper Calamari or a Cantonese Egg Roll. For the main dish, enjoy our featured Wok Seared Mandarin Orange Surf and Turf followed by NY cheesecake with mango or coconut rice pudding for dessert! ($38 per person plus tax and gratuity)

Il Verdi– A special three course menu features Barnegat Light Cioppino with Jersey Littleneck Clams, Viking Village Scallops and Monkfish, Pacific White Shrimp, and Mussels over angel hair tomato herb broth. Finish off the meal with some delicious tiramisu or Limoncello cheesecake. ($48 per person plus tax and gratuity).

Okatshe- For just $25 per person, guests can enjoy a two course meal at award winning Chef Jose Garces newest restaurant, Okatshe, a playful, modernized take on a traditional Japanese izakaya. For the first course, enjoy a choice of prawn, scallop, octopus or market fish yakatori and your choice of a Rainbow Roll or Seafood Ramen for the second course!

Olón- With some of the freshest seafood in Atlantic City, award winning Chef Jose Garces newest restaurant, Olón, is serving up a three course meal for Seafood Week! Start the meal off with your choice of Jumbo Lump Crab Guacamole or Shrimp Ceviche. For the second course, choose from Swordfish Anticucho, made with swordfish belly, sweet potato, ginger and garlic, or Scallop Gratinee, made with parsnip and parmesan cream, caviar and chives. Close out the meal with your choice of Ora King Salmon or Crab Cake. ($55 per person plus tax and gratuity)

RíRá Irish Pub- Try your seafood with an Irish twist with delicious menu specials including: New England Seafood Chowder, a blend of chopped sea clams, Icelandic haddock and potatoes in a velvety cream based broth with fresh herbs and a touch of Sherry ($6.00); Steamed Mussels-Plump PEI mussels steamed in white wine & chicken broth with shallots, garlic, fennel,  and thyme sprigs, finished with butter and served with grilled baguette ($10.00); Fish Bites– Our signature lager battered Icelandic haddock served with malt vinegar mayo and fresh lemon ($8.00); Smoked Salmon – Fresh baked soda bread, spread with spinach & artichoke boursin and topped with smoked salmon, sliced tomato & pickled red onions ($8.00); Pint of Prawns– Cold poached shrimp tossed with ripe avocado, tomato & red onion.
