There is also a great variety of hot appetizers to start your meal like Phillip’s Famous Crab Cake Minis, Crab Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Shrimp Cargot or Hot Sampler loaded with crispy calamari, crab-stuffed mushrooms, and crab cake minis. We loved the Shrimp Cargot which was all types of good with lots of garlic and herbs served in a hot cast iron dish topped with melted havarti cheese. It’s also fun that the Crispy Calamari here are served with a pineapple sweet chili sauce. If you’re looking for something besides seafood the Chesapeake Wings are a great option for crispy chicken wings dusted with Phillips Seafood Seasoning.
For your main course you MUST try Phillips Surf N’ Turf Summer Special for only $19.95! Guests will enjoy a 6 ounce cut of Filet Mignon with their choice of a Lobster Tail or Snow Crab Legs. This is surely one of the best deals we’ve seen in sometime. Other signature favorites at Phillips of course include the Crab Cakes served with tri-color potatoes and asparagus, they’ve also got Shrimp & Crab Cakes made with a spicy mix and served with a side of cole slaw and french fries.

We tried Phillips Signature Premium Broil Seafood Platter which allowed us to taste a little bit of everything including a split lobster tail, crab cake, shrimp skewer, and salmon tossed in lemon butter with a side of potatoes and asparagus. They’ve also got a Fried Seafood Platter with crab cakes, clam strips, and catch of the day. Jumbo Snow Crab Legs are a favorite and served by the pound. We also enjoyed the Crab Macaroni and Cheese which can be shared as an appetizer or available as an entree.
Phillips offers a Clam Bake for Two that is also available for one as the Captain’s Catch. This includes a whole main lobster, snow crab legs, shrimp, clams, mussels, red potatoes and corn on the cob. Other entrees include your classic favorites like Fish & Chips made with Phillips Amber Ale batter and panko crust or Twin Lobster Tails. Non-seafood lovers can also enjoy a nice Grilled Prime Ribeye Steak or Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Breast.
