Philadelphia, PA - This August, Le Dîner en Blanc will return to Philadelphia for its 10th event. Preparations are underway for the return of this elegant pop-up picnic. This year's Le Dîner en Blanc is set to make history with a milestone celebration. Le Dîner en Blanc is characterized by extravagant fashion, amazing tablescapes, and stunning fascinators. Guests don their best white outfits for the evening to experience this international event.

Since fashion is the cornerstone of this iconic event, the Preview Party will be hosted at Macy's Center City in the Grand Court. Guests can expect to enjoy tastings from the event's caterer, Feast Your Eyes; be inspired by the entries in this year's Table Decorating contest (Theme: "Celebrating 10 Years of Le Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia); and meet with organizers and volunteers to find out what to bring and wear to the big event. Le Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia will also be raffling off 10 registrations for two people to this year's event, with all proceeds benefiting Philabundance. Macy's will also make a generous donation to Philabundance in celebration of this milestone anniversary.
Le Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia has partnered with The Philadelphia Fashion Incubator, which celebrated its tenth anniversary, to showcase Le Dîner en Blanc-inspired designs throughout the Preview Party. The PFI designers include Madison Chamberlain, Terese Sedona, Madelange Laroche, La'Agra, Wear to Wall, Granate Pret, Victoria Wright, Sew Elevated, Ann Luchade, and Jovan O'Connor. The designers will formally present their designs immediately before the Preview Party at a ticketed event from 4-5 PM in the Greek Hall at Macy's. All proceeds will benefit the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator. Tickets may be purchased here.
Tickets to Le Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia will go on sale in July. Guests interested in receiving an invitation should register on the waiting list. As always, the location of this year's event will remain a secret until the day of the event. Guests will meet at various departure points throughout the city, follow their Table Leader to the secret location, set up tables, and experience elegant dining next to one another in an unexpected public space. Locations where the event has popped up, include Logan Circle, JFK Bridge, Broad Street, Philadelphia Navy Yard, Philadelphia Museum of Art/Ben Franklin Parkway, Franklin Square, City Hall, Paine Plaza, Boathouse Row, and Rittenhouse Square.
In addition to the Philadelphia event in August, Le Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia organizers is also bringing the iconic event to Atlantic City for the very first time on June 25, 2022.
