Philadelphia, PA - Philadelphia police discovered a mutilated body inside a laundry bag in the city's Tacony section.
The discovery was found on the 6900 block of Edmund Street around 7:25 a.m. There is no information as to the cause of death or the identity of the individual.
A witness had discovered the bag while walking down the street and noticed a leg protruding from the laundry bag. Sources believe the bag could have been on the curb for as long as two days until this discovery.
An investigation continues into the case.
