The Gravity Hill in Lewisberry isn't the only gravity hill in Pennsylvania. You can also visit Gravity Hill in North Park, Pa., near Pittsburgh. Despite its name, this site isn't as popular as the one in Bedford County. Besides, there are no signs directing you to the location. The most popular activity here is watching your car roll up the hill. However, be careful on public roads and don't test the limits of your car.

Gravity hills are unique places where gravity appears to work against itself. The area around these spots is made up of the natural landscape and can make a small downhill slope appear to be an uphill one. This optical illusion makes it appear that cars roll uphill against the perceived gradient of the road.
