The whisky enriched sauce adds a unique sweet-smoky flavor, while the shrimp adds a unique protein keeping dish on the lighter side. Paired with tomato and Corn makes for a delicious summertime dinner.
- 1 lb. shrimp (with tail)
- 1/4 cup of Crown Royal Canadian Whisky
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic pepper
Mix all ingredients, except for the shrimp, in a large bowl. Toss in the shrimp and allow the mixture to marinade in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Add shrimp and mixture directly on the grill over medium high heat and cook until shrimp is opaque and cooked through out.
