Those celebrating can indulge in an overnight hotel package in one of the resorts 300-plus brand-new deluxe guest rooms, with views the sprawling grounds, golf courses, estuaries, and bay. Seaview’s Be My Valentine package includes luxurious accommodations, a sumptuous four-course dinner for two in Seaview’s circular Main Dining Room, hand-dipped chocolate covered strawberries and two Champagne splits waiting in the room on ice. The cost of the package is $360 plus tax and is the perfect escape for those coming from near or far. Additionally, those wishing to enjoy Executive Chef Correa’s four-course prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu can do so on February 14, from 6-10 pm, for $65 per person, not including tax and gratuity. Each table receives a complimentary red rose.
Seaview’s Valentine’s Day menu includes amuse-bouche of Oysters Rockefeller with Sparkling Rosé Wine. First course: Mixed Field of Greens with Strawberry Champagne vinaigrette, brie, and toasted walnut. Second course: Lobster Bisque with sherry. Third course: options include the Filet Mignon (6 oz.), pan-seared with truffle cream sauce; Crispy Skin Duck Breast with blueberry thyme sauce; or Fettucine Arrabbiata. All entrees served with a Risotto Cake and Asparagus.
