Center Square Brewery offers hand-crafted beer homebrewed in a three-barrel brewhouse. Center Square’s makers aim to combine fresh and local ingredients whenever available to produce a one of a kind brew alongside a local flair. The brewery offers four alternating draught beers and a rotating seasonal ale. To choose from lagers to Saisons, IPAs, and Stouts, beer enthusiasts will uncover a wide array of amazing nourishing flavors. Try Center Square unique German Chocolate Stout – a malty oatmeal stout with the help of added pecans and coconut. Alternatively, sample their nontraditional IPA, a citrusy beer brewed with hops coming from Barvaria and New Zealand.
FlavorFul Fact: Center Square’s brewer, Sarah Kovach, is the lone female brewer in the region. This girl appears to have a natural ability to match up regionally-sourced ingredients along with the seasonal dishes served at The Altland House; she is terrific at creating menus and brews from locally sourced ingredients available.
