Guests can sample the refreshing cocktails in addition to new summer-inspired dishes including the house-made Ricotta Toast or Mushroom Shorty, all while enjoying the gastropub’s comfortable outdoor seating.
The Sidecar Bar & Grille is launching their new summer cocktail menu featuring nine refreshing coolers including:
· Grey Squirrel — Aperol, grapefruit soda ($7)
· Rosemary Spritz — gin, rosemary simple, soda ($7)
· Five Minute Vacation — rum, orgeat, ginger beer ($10)
“We’re celebrating the start of summer with the introduction of our coolers, an array of refreshing cocktails to enjoy especially when the weather heats up,” said Jonathan Makar, Food and Beverage Director for The Sidecar Bar & Grille and sister restaurant, Burg’s Hideaway Lounge.
The Sidecar also boasts new summer-inspired appetizers including fresh Ricotta Toast ($9) with house-made ricotta, grape tomatoes, and garlicky olive oil and Oven-Roasted Jalapenos ($9) filled with chive cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. Six new flavors of wings ($12.50/each) will also be joining the menu varying from Tequila Lime, to Coconut Curry, Piri Piri, Whiskey BBQ, Buffalo, and even a healthy Crispy Cauliflower option. Lastly, the new Mushroom Shorty ($14) is the ideal sandwich for vegetarians and cheesesteak lovers alike with its cooper sharp cheese, bitter greens, Sriracha ketchup, and roasted mushrooms.
The Sidecar Bar & Grille offers happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. every weekday featuring half off drafts, wine and coolers as well as a daily menu of $2-$5 bites
