Tenderbones Rib Shack Philadelphia, PA - Tenderbones Rib Shack is August in the cheesesteak calendar. So, I took a vacation from your regular size cheesesteaks and headed to my favorite Delaware cheesesteak place.

Tenderbones Rib Shack And Wilmington Brew Works

Then took them to Wilmington Brew Works, one of my favorite Delaware Watering Holes. I joined Joe Del Tufo, cheesesteak aficionado, and several Wilmington Brew Works owners for a brew and Tenderbone Cheesesteaks.

Before we get to the important stuff, Joe is a photographer and has been using his COVID-19 time working with an animal trainer to train birds, owls, and such, to fly the wedding bands into the ceremony.

So, If you are planning to get married anytime soon, please call Joe. Yes, I want him to be successful. But I really want to see a viral wedding video of a bird of prey delivering a wedding band and then wreaking havoc at a wedding.

Anyway, we ordered two cheesesteaks from Tenderbones. The COVID rise in meat prices may have affected the cheesesteaks' size, relax they are still extra-large. The four of us split two cheesesteaks and were all full with enough leftovers for a fifth person.

Chef Bones still makes them with fried onions, peppers, and mushrooms. If you are interested, several YouTube videos are online showing Chef Bones at the grill.

Wilmington Brew Works, Joe correctly deemed Craig, the brewmaster at WBW, a Hops Maestro. 16 taps and everyone/anyone will always be able to find a beer they like.

Craig does an absolutely fantastic job of keeping a very diverse selection of beers available for consumption.   Winner, winner, cheesesteak dinner at Wilmington Brew Works with no birds attacking us. And, If you have not tried the Tri-State Areas Biggest Cheesesteaks, you're missing out.
