- Boardroom Spirits, founded in Lansdale, reveal their recently expanded distillery plus tasting room located at 575 West Third Street in Lansdale PA. Upgraded Tasting RoomThe facilities enlargement provides 2,400 square feet of new space, currently being utilized as a newly upgraded tasting room, featuring two restrooms, a devoted area for chefs and catered events, shuffleboard, a spacious bar which functions as the focal point for get-togethers, and a brand new automatic bottling line.
Along with the expansion the brewery also obtained a brand new 528-gallon still by Hagyo Distilling in Hungary along with a new bottling line, which makes it possible for The Boardroom to distill four times faster than the previous system while maintaining a higher production level without having to compromise top quality and control. Phase II plans will include a fantastic outside façade update as well as a new landscape design and an adjacent one thousand-square foot facility with the ability to expand to 4,000 square feet. The tasting room’s mixed-drink selection has additionally updated thanks to mixologist James Cleland, and new tasting room manager. Unique cocktails include the Knee Buckler - Northbound Rye, FRESH Ginger, lime, and honey ($9), Executive Punch - spiced rum, red wine simple syrup, and aromatic bitters ($10), and the Made MAI TAI - rum, spiced rum, triple sec, lime, and house-made orgeat ($8).
