Separatist Beer Project Opens its South Philly Tasting Room
"Our story begins in the Lehigh Valley, where we settled in an old silk mill we call the Separatist Blendery—a space we have dedicated to rustic brewing. After establishing our first brick and mortar in downtown Easton, we decided it was time to expand to the city built on beer. We are now incredibly happy to call Philadelphia our home, where you can join us in our newly opened South Philly tasting room—here you can find everything from our Oak-aged rustic Lagerbier to our no-frills quintessential American Cream Ale.
