Philadelphia, PANightmare in Philly Tinsel - The Devil's Lair where The Devil of Midtown Village lives is open to the public one more. Ghosts and ghouls, the time is here. As the former home of Simpson's Jewelry and the home of Tinsel a Christmas-Themed Cocktail Bar, is once again converted from top to bottom into Philadelphia's Nightmare Before Tinsel.

Philadelphia's Halloween Bar Nightmare Before Tinsel

Philadelphia's Nightmare takes a red hot trip below Philadelphia's Devil's Lair for this year's unique theme. The Devil of Midtown Village has renovated this underworld and former Simpsons Jewelry Store at 12th and Samson streets.

The gates will open daily to tempt anyone who dares to enter. And those brave enough to pass will, find themselves in the Devil's Living Room, a flaming hot and bloody cave filled with human remains.

Unfortunately, escaping isn't so easy. But, should you make it past the grim reaper, don't get excited. The tunnel escape only leads to a dead-end with an intense electric force field that only he can withstand.

The Nightmare Before Tinsel Philly is over 1,400 Sf of space and features an expanded open space, with former walls, and the staircases were removed for added room inside this year.

This year look for quirky cocktails, a complete list of exclusive and spirited cocktails, and special brews. Just like at Tinsel, the bar will feature a themed cocktail with takeaway souvenir cups, and for the true-spirit seekers and adventurous, costumes are encouraged - However optional.

The Nightmare Before Tinsel in Philadelphia hours are Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 2:00 am, and Saturday to Sunday from 2:00 pm to 2:00 am. Come one, come all - if you dare. Located in Midtown Village at 116 S 12th St, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
