PHILADELPHIA, PA – Philly Vegan Restaurant Week (PVRW) is set to return for its seventh annual celebration, running from Friday, October 24, through Saturday, November 1. The nine-day event will span two weekends and feature special celebrations for Halloween on October 31 and World Vegan Day on November 1.
The event encourages Philadelphians to explore the city's diverse and creative vegan cuisine while supporting local businesses. This year, both fully vegan and non-vegan restaurants will participate, showcasing the accessibility and innovation of plant-based food.
Continuing its tradition of community support, PVRW will once again partner with a local charity. A portion of the proceeds from the week will be donated to Juntos, a community-led, Latine immigrant organization in South Philadelphia dedicated to fighting for human rights.
Confirmed participants for this year's event include Casablanca Mediterranean Grill, Carl, Fat Salmon Sushi, Fitz on Fourth, and Nourish, with more restaurants expected to be announced soon.
Participating establishments will offer a special three-course prix fixe vegan menu priced at $25, $35, or $45, or feature unique vegan dishes throughout the week.
Diners are encouraged to follow the official website, phillyvrw.wixsite.com/home, and the event's social media handle (@phillyveganrestaurantweek) for the latest updates and a full list of participating restaurants. Reservations should be made directly with the individual establishments.
