4 New Dining Concepts Joining Comcast Center CampusPHILADELPHIA — The culinary landscape beneath Philadelphia’s tallest towers is expanding just in time for the winter rush. The Concourse at Comcast Center has announced the arrival of three new food and beverage tenants and a seasonal pop-up, bringing everything from robotic cooking technology to a "mini" version of a local mac-and-cheese favorite.

Leading the wave of new openings is Kenny’s Wok, a new concept from renowned Philadelphia restaurateur Kenny Poon. Set to debut in December, the modern eatery will blend Vietnamese, Thai, Cantonese, and Mandarin cuisines. Notably, the kitchen will utilize innovative "robotic-wok" technology designed to increase speed and precision while maintaining flavor. This will be the first location for the brand, with plans for future expansion.

Also joining The Concourse lineup on December 1 is Pagano’s Market, a Philadelphia institution since 1962. This will be the second location for the brand, which is known for its Italian classics and fine prepared foods. The new outpost will feature desserts by Michelin-star pastry chef Sal De Riso, as well as rare Hausbrandt coffee imports.

For those looking for comfort food on the go, Philly’s famous mac-and-cheesery is launching a new format. Mini Mac Mart will open its first-ever kiosk at Arch and 18th Streets in December, serving up smaller, portable versions of their bold, cheesy creations.

Rounding out the new additions is All Aboard Candy, which opens today, November 18. The seasonal pop-up shop features a 32-bin pick-and-mix candy wall and giftable homewares, located off the Comcast Center Plaza.

In addition to the new arrivals, Pizzeria Salvy at the Comcast Technology Center is expanding its operations. For the holiday season (November 29 through December 27), the pizzeria will bring back "Salvy Saturdays," offering lunch and dinner service on Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., including a special offer of pizza by the slice.
