“We’re thrilled to showcase Executive Chef Paulo Mendoza’s expertly crafted menu to our weekend Brunch guests – the unique offering of coastal selections and classic brunch favorites is sure to make this a weekly destination for our diners,” stated John Christinzio, Director of Operations at Aqimero. “Our menu is designed with Philadelphians in mind, meant to be shared as a feast for friends with endless Champagnes, our legendary raw bar, and decadent renditions of specialty toasts, waffles, salads and much more.”
The menu’s title offering, the “Endless Brunch and Bubbles” menu is $75 and includes a raw bar and seafood presentation, endless selections of entrées, as well as endless Champagne and Champagne cocktails. For guests who would like to brunch and sip a la carte, Champagnes on the menu are available by bottle, and includes labels such as Moet, Veuve Cliquot and Dom Periognon. Bubbly creations available by the glass include sparkling wine, Prosecco, Mimosas, Bellini’s, Kir Royals and an Aqimero specialty cocktail featuring sparkling wine, bitters and cognac, topped with a sugar cube. The brunch menu’s cold section features a variety of Aqimero’s signature seafood offerings, including a full Raw Bar, Crab & Avocado Salad, Lobster Avocado Toast, King Oyster Mushroom Toast, Ranch Wedge Salad, Manhattan Bagel with Smoked Salmon and Serrano Toast. Specialty options tie-in Aqimero’s Latin-Coastal inspiration, with dishes like Crab & Shrimp Enchiladas, Croque Monsieur, Chicken & Waffles, Huevos Rancheros and Egg in a Jar.
