Philadelphia, PASurf and Turf Philadelphia - When two food holidays fall on the same day, especially when it’s filet mignon and Prosecco, the only way to celebrate is with surf and turf topped with Prosecco butter and a glass of bubbly — of course!

Urban Farmer, The Logan Hotel’s modern American steakhouse, is pulling out all the stops for this dual food holiday on Tuesday, August 13, with a 6 oz. Brandt Prime Filet + 5 oz. Brazilian Lobster Tail, topped with Prosecco citrus butter for $60. Guests can choose to sip on a glass of Castello di Roncade Prosecco for an additional $12 for the ultimate National Filet Mignon + Prosecco Day pairing. This feature and pairing will be available during dinner service on Tuesday, August 13.

Ocean Prime, one of Center City’s most stunning seafood and steakhouses, is offering two deluxe steak features in celebration of the holiday. Guests can choose from an 8 oz center cut filet ($57) or 10 oz center cut filet ($62), served with a giant Alaskan King Crab stuffed ravioli, tossed in a lemon Champagne reduction, served atop a bordelaise sauce. Pair a glass of Prosecco from Ocean Prime’s award-winning wine list with either steak feature for an added treat. Ocean Prime’s two feature filet mignons will be available during dinner service on Tuesday, August 13.
