PENNSYLVANIA - Main Line residents looking for a fresh, wholesome start to their day have a major reason to celebrate. Goodness Bowls, the rapidly expanding fast-casual healthy-eats café, is officially celebrating the grand opening of its newest Paoli location.
Goodness Bowls Brings "Good Vibes" to Paoli with Official Grand Opening Celebration
While the 1,300-square-foot café at 5 Paoli Plaza quietly opened its doors over the summer, the team is now ready to throw a proper community bash. On Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, locals are invited to a family-friendly event packed with festivities, food, and plenty of "good vibes."
Grand Opening Giveaways and Festivities
The morning kicks off at 9:00 AM with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony. To reward early birds, the first 50 guests in line who sign up as Rewards Members will receive a free Avalon Bowl.
The grand opening is designed to be a true community event, featuring a live DJ, face painting, balloon art, exclusive giveaways, and raffle prizes throughout the morning.
In addition to serving up great food, the event supports a great cause. A portion of the grand opening proceeds will be donated directly to the Greater Delaware Valley Chapter of Breakthrough T1D, the leading global organization dedicated to type 1 diabetes research and advocacy.
Bringing the Beach Vibe to the Suburbs
Goodness Bowls was originally founded on the Jersey Shore by mother-daughter entrepreneurial duo Sue and Corinne Persichetti. The brand has built a massive following across Pennsylvania and New Jersey by adhering to a simple motto: "Eat Good. Do Good. Feel Good."
For Paoli franchise owner and East Goshen resident Heather MacFarland Wellock, bringing the brand to Chester County was a natural fit. Wellock, a certified yoga instructor and mother of four, was a regular at the Avalon location before opening her own café.
"For me and my family, Goodness Bowls has always been more than just a place to grab a smoothie at the beach," said MacFarland Wellock. "Founders Sue and Corinne Persichetti have created a true community centered on good vibes, where guests can enjoy good food served by people who make them feel good. As a busy mom with kids in multiple sports, I know how much local families are seeking convenient, healthy options. I'm excited to bring that to Paoli and look forward to welcoming new members to the Goodness Bowls community."
The Paoli location is fully stocked to serve the brand's signature fresh açaí bowls, smoothies, wholesome salads, wraps, toasts, and specialty coffee.
