Philadelphia, PA - Jose Lorenzo's Axo Tacos started as a pop-up in his garage in Lindenwold in March of 2020, serving birria and other tacos, egg rolls, and specials such as birria ramen.

His food quickly gained acclaim, with orders jumping from 15 to over 50 per day. With the business expansion, Jose left his management job in Philly to focus on his pop-ups and even secured a location at Clementon Park earlier this year.
Now, Axo Tacos is opening its first brick & mortar at the former Little Tuna on North White Horse Pike in Lindenwold - a dream come true for Lorenzo.
