Philadelphia, PA
– Florida-based bakery Blueprint Cookies is excited to announce its first venture outside of the Sunshine State: Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. Franchisees Johnny Ciarlante, Christian Williams, and Joe Lees plan to open their inaugural store at 268 South 20th Street at the end of 2023 or the beginning of 2024.
The trio also intend to open stores in Fishtown and University City after the Rittenhouse Square location is established. Ciarlante and Williams will manage the business side of things, while Lees will bring his construction expertise to the table. “We believe franchising Blueprint Cookies is the first step to a very long and successful business journey,” says Ciarlante.
Blueprint Cookies began baking in 2019 and offers a variety of treats year round, such as chocolate chip cookies and classic sugar cookies. The shop also features a rotating weekly menu with flavors like rocky road and blueberry cheesecake. Philly cookie enthusiasts can look forward to sampling Blueprint’s delicious creations soon!
