Barre Hygge - Bar Hygge’s concept embodies a “feeling or mood coming from taking pleasure in making ordinary, things more meaningful, beautiful or special,” and preserving the oceans certainly plays into this concept.

Try the limited-time-only “Keep Swimming” cocktail, made with Single Prop, LoFi Sweet Vermouth, Rhubarb Jam & Citrus
• In honor of World Oceans Day, Bar Hygge will donate all proceeds sold from the “Keep Swimming” drink to sustainability organization, EarthShare.

Fare – This Fairmount restaurant was constructed to have a low environmental impact, with a focus on local and sustainable ingredients, off-premise composting and their garden to reduce waste. Fare goes above and beyond in their beverage department as well, offering organic liquors and fresh juices.
