Philadelphia, PA - Drew’s Bayshore Bistro - Local Chef Andrew Araneo helped bring the bayou to the Jersey Shore. His vision, to create his very own establishment, after working locations such as Joe and Maggie’s in Long Branch as well as Whispers in Spring Lake. Eventually, The Chef turned his fantasy into reality in 2005 opening Bayshore Bistro in his very own hometown.

After launching, the restaurant has come to be a permanent fixture around the Keyport area with Southern-influenced fare and lively ambiance. Drew's Bistro focuses on food influenced by the Gulf Coast along with Low Country fare. Their selection includes cajun recipes such as classic Voodoo Shrimp, jalapeño cornbread, southeastern shrimp and grits, gulf shrimp, and Jambalaya alongside chicken, andouille sausage, along with loads of spiciness.

Rather quickly we were taken to the Bayou; It is the type of place where you feel like your visiting an old friend. The atmosphere is informal and homelike. Drew's fills up quickly, so reservations are a must since becoming sought after in recent years.
