SOUTH JERSEY – Gouldsburger's, the elevated fast-casual restaurant known for its wood-fired specialties and "Good Food, Done Right" philosophy, is significantly expanding its footprint in South Jersey. The chain has officially signed leases for three new locations, bringing its total count to nine restaurants.
New Locations
The upcoming restaurants will be located in the following communities:
- Marlton: Allison Shopping Center at 27 North Maple Avenue.
- Sicklerville: Cross Keys Center at 681 Cross Keys Road.
- Glassboro: 111 High Street.
These new sites join the brand's existing local presence in Bordentown, Medford, and Haddonfield.
A Menu of Elevated Classics
Owned by David Murray and Walter Gouldsbury, Gouldsburger's has built a following for its high-quality ingredients and diverse menu. Signature offerings include:
- All-Day Breakfast Sammies: Such as The Brekki (egg omelet with Cooper Sharp American) and It's Always Sunny (featuring roasted Portabello and truffle sauce).
- Custom & Signature Burgers: Crafted with a signature prime beef blend.
- Gourmet Hot Dogs: Made from grass-fed, uncured beef.
- Prime Beef Cheesesteaks: Available with various toppings, alongside chicken and vegetarian options.
While specific opening dates for the Marlton, Sicklerville, and Glassboro locations have not yet been announced, the expansion marks a significant step forward for the growing hospitality group.
