HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pa. — Following a series of highly successful comebacks across the region, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant has officially announced the reopening of its Huntingdon Valley location. The beloved neighborhood institution at 785 Huntingdon Pike will welcome guests back on Monday, June 22, 2026, with its signature award-winning craft beer and scratch-made food menu.

The Huntingdon Valley return marks the fourth of five strategic reopenings spearheaded by founder and strategic advisor Mark Edelson, alongside a veteran leadership team that includes Operations Director Alexis Lundeen, Regional Chef Walter Weddington III, and Director of Brewery Operations Matt Gundrum. The team previously drew enthusiastic crowds during rollouts in Center City, Philadelphia, on April 19; in Wilmington on Mother's Day; and in Hershey on June 1. Following the Huntingdon Valley launch, the group plans to reopen its Lancaster, Pennsylvania, location before the end of June.

New Brews and Classic Scratch-Made Eats

To celebrate its return to the neighborhood, Iron Hill is debuting a brand-new beer, Hop Chase IPA, crafted exclusively for this location and freshly brewed on-site under the direction of Matt Gundrum.

The location will feature both a welcoming dining room and an outdoor beer garden. Guests can expect the return of Iron Hill's elevated New American fare alongside its most iconic staple items, including the fan-favorite cheesesteak egg rolls.

The reopening is also bringing a significant economic boost to the immediate area, introducing 85 local hospitality jobs.

"My management team and I are working hard to get the restaurant and beer garden ready," said General Manager Naomi Yared. "We can't wait to bring to life the joy of great guests, amazing beer, and iconic food. We're creating a true neighborhood place for the guests we call family".

Committing to the Community: Partnering with CORA Services

In keeping with the traditions established during its spring reopenings, Iron Hill is cementing its return by partnering with CORA Services, a Northeast Philadelphia-based nonprofit dedicated to helping children, youth, and families navigate academic, emotional, or social challenges.

Before the public opening on June 22, Iron Hill will host a special, private preview dinner over the weekend. All proceeds from the charity event will directly benefit CORA Services, specifically supporting their Good Shepherd Mediation program, which provides restorative justice practices, school-based mediation, community mediation, and communication training programs throughout the region.
