Philadelphia, PAWeekend Brunch on the Main Line at Amada Radnor – James Beard Award Winning Iron chef Jose Garces:  announces a weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday at Amada Radnor, 555 E. Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, PA. from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm.


Iron Chef Jose Garces Debuts Weekend Brunch

The new brunch menu features Chef's "Por La Familia Family Style Brunch Menu," a fixed-price menu per person, which includes Datiles bacon-wrapped dates, Tortilla Espanola potatoes and onion omelet, and a bread and pastry basket from Amada.

A la carte options include Torrijas Fried French toast, Amada's Burger, Shakshuka Baked Eggs, and Crab Benedict. You can find a brunch cocktail menu at the bar. Other brunch cocktails, Spanish wines, and a Gin Tonic Tableside Experience exist.

Amada Radnor's brunch menu includes mimosas and drinks like red or white sangria for just ten dollars. Agua de Valencia (vodka with gin and Cava and orange juice) and Law of Desire, which includes Jim Beam, honey, iced coffee, and cinnamon, will be two other signature brunch cocktails. Amada Radnor also offers a wide selection of Spanish wines, including over 100 options from popular and emerging regions.


Brunch-goers can also enjoy Amada Radnor’s new Gin Tonic experiences. A cart will arrive at the table and invite guests to create the perfect Gin Tonic that pairs with their meal. There are four options available. Cart with all the garnishes, infused gins, and "show." The server will create the drink for you at your table. The four options include:



  • La Hermosa "Lemon Infused Gin with Fresh Strawberry & Mint."
  • El Misterioso "Grapefruit-Infused Gin with Basil and Smoked Cinnamon Bitters."
  • La Picara "Lime Infused Gin, Cucumber & Rosemary"
  • El Vagabundo "Orange Infused Gin with Blackberry and Aztec Chocolate Bitters Finished with Ginger Beer.

Amada Radnor, the Main Line's new brunch spot, offers a spacious, elegant two-level dining and bar room with 7,000 square feet of space. It can accommodate 250 guests. Now is the time to book your table!
