Housed in an adorable, old-fashioned converted home, the restaurant immediately sets a cozy, inviting tone. There is plenty of metered street parking right out front, making access surprisingly easy for a bustling Ocean City morning.
Upon walking up to the small front patio, I appreciated the space's layout. The restaurant spans two floors, offering a nice balance of lively coastal energy on the main level and a more relaxed, intimate dining feel upstairs.

What truly sets Jon & Patty's apart from a standard diner is their serious commitment to specialty coffee and seasonal drinks. Visiting over Easter weekend with my family gave us a chance to test their creative holiday menu. I ordered a decaf Peep Latte, while my child tried the Peep Hot Chocolate.
Far from being overly sugary gimmicks, the drinks were well-crafted, served at the proper temperature, and brought a genuinely fun, festive touch to the morning. Their espresso pull was smooth, proving that their baristas understood the craft behind the coffee bar label.
