Philadelphia, PADave and Busters Family Friendly Spot - "Know a" place we can spend the night having fun? Realtors Michelle Leonard and Dana Friedman wanted to entertain some of their recent Eagles clients who they loved working with, so off they went to Dave and Busters located at 325 N Christopher Columbus Blvd in Philadelphia at Dana's husband Kevin Waddy's suggestion.

This spot fits the bill because they have easy parking, plus we could watch the Phillies game on super large TVs. We were even able to watch the Appalachian State Mountaineers play Georgia State. Our guest, Autumn Lockwood's Dad, Coach David Lockwood, is a veteran coach of the highest level for App State, so this was so cool.

Our guests are sport's loving peeps. Since we were a group of six, we could try lots of dishes. We shared a giant Bavarian pretzel which was one of my favorites, Korean sticky ribs, wings with honey bourbon sauce, double pepperoni flatbread, chicken tenders, Garlic Parmesan truffle fries, short strawberry cake, and my favorite ooey gooey chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream.
The massive arcade has lots of games that keep this group entertained. Good news - games are 1/2 price on Wednesday.

Since I am a realtor, it won't surprise you that I love playing monopoly (my secret is if you need to buy real estate to win, the bowling video brought back childhood memories - I got one strike. The Speed of Light game was a group favorite to watch and play - it requires hand coordination. Offensive tackle Eagle's Jarrid Williams was the high scorer with 433 to my lowly 27 points. That should put Jarrids skills in perspective. Cort Account Executive Ian Mitchell was also very good at scoring points. He has his masters in strengthening and conditioning. By the way, Cort has done a great job renting furniture to Dana and my clients in the Eagles organization. We appreciate their professionalism and accommodating. Back to the Speed of Light game - Dana coached me to use two hands, so in the next round, I doubled my score to 54. Dana and her husband, Kevin Waddy, played each other in the Speed of Light. Wow, they are competitive - they were neck in neck with Kevin getting the win.

Eagles Strengthening and Conditioning Coach Autumn Lockwood had the moves with the dancing game. I love Autumn!! She is fantastic, and her positivity is infectious - like a ray of sunshine!
Also, thanks to Dave and Buster's senior manager Laurence Penn who gave me a tour of their private party rooms. They are having a special with no private room charge until the end of the year. Once again, I got home way past my bedtime because we had so much fun.
