Angelo's Pizzeria South Philly

The simple parlor is also known for classic & creative sandwiches, fried snacks & breakfast options. But the star here is the Pizza, Angelo’s pizza in South Philly offers up the Delaware Valleys' best pizza hands down. It’s a super light crust with a sweet tomato sauce, topped off with a sprinkle of fresh basil on top of the cheese. 736 S 9th St, Phil - adelphia, PA 19147

Pica's Restaurant of Upper Darby

Pica's is a classic Italian restaurant, worth a visit. With generous portions at reasonable rates all served up at this neighborhood favorite. Plus, they serve up an excellent square tomato pie in rectangular slices. Pica's Pizza is a thin-crusted Sicilian-style pan pizza served up with the sauce on top of the cheese. 7803 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082

Tacconelli's Pizza of Philadelphia

The thin-crust tomato pie is a signature at this been-around-for-decades brick-oven pizzeria. It’s a crisp crust pie, with a deliciously sweet and savory tomato sauce topped off with 100% mozzarella cheese. Very well made and delicious pizza. Highly recommend!

2604 E Somerset St, Philadelphia, PA

New Haven Style Pizza of West Chester

A family-run, small pizzeria offering pizza and foreign & domestic beers well worth the trip for. The Bottos family immigrated from Greece in 1969 and turned on an old bakery into a pizza shop for 40 years until moving a block north to New Haven Pizza's present-day location at 18 N Church Street. Turning out their original Greek Pizza, alongside an entire menu of fresh-cooked, made-to-order items, all at reasonable prices. 18 N Church St, West Chester, PA 19380

Pinocchio's Restaurant of Media

Is well known for its beer selection, but its Pizza is the start here at this Circa-1955 pizzeria and beer garden. The Pizza comes in mini, small, medium, or jumbo-sized with a few gourmet options to choose from. Thanks to three generations of the Volikas family, Pinocchio's claim to be the first pizzeria in Delaware County and the oldest restaurant in Media. 131 E Baltimore Ave, Media, PA 19063

Marc Vetri's of Philadelphia

An old-school-style pizzeria serving up traditional Neapolitan pies in a beautiful big-belly oven. With a chewy and crisp, and an excellent tomato sauce topped with fresh mozzarella cheese. It's worth the splurge for that extra pepperoni, trust me. 1615 Chancellor St, Philadelphia, PA 19103

Holy Tomato of Blackwood

Romano's Chicago Style Pizza & Grill of Reading

This is an excellent spot for Pizza in Berks County. The sauce is the right balance of acidic and sweet flavors. The side crust is on point for a deep-dish pie, with the bottom crust thick enough to hold it together. They also offer a Deep-dish Veggie Lovers Pizza, loaded with vegetables and topped off with a red sauce and cheese for Vegans. 501 Lancaster Ave, Reading, Pan Berks County.

The Wood Fired Pizza Shop of Newark

Industrial dining room turning out traditional and specialty wood-fired pies, cocktails, and craft beers. 140 E Cleveland Ave, Newark, DE 19711

Delmar Pizza of Delmar

A down-to-earth, family-friendly pizza parlor, also serving hearty pasta and sandwiches, beer, and wine. 38660 Sussex Hwy, Delmar, DE 19940

Georgio's Pizzeria of West Reading

This is one of the Counties best Sicilian Pizza with a fluffy but crispy crust. The crust is fantastic, the sauce has loads of flavor, and our favorite part was the cheese, not too heavy. A must-try is the thin-crust Presidente. They get the crust as thin as a cracker somehow. If you're looking for a vegetarian pie, they also offer a vegan-style pizza. 500 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA.
