Iron Hill Brewery Philly Special Now in CansPhiladelphia, PA - Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant, announced the very first can release of “Philly Special,” the popular NEIPA, that debuted in February 2018 at the Iron Hill's Phoenixville site. The Philly Special cans are going to be let loose in 16 oz. 4 packs on April 18, 2019, at each of the 16 Iron Hill Restaurant & Brewery locations throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and South Carolina, for just $17.25.

Iron Hill Brewery Philly Special Now in CansThe Philly Special Beer, named after Philadelphia Eagles QB Nick Foles special play which football fans across Eagles Nation will never forget. After its early success, The Philly Special (Beer) rapidly turned into one of Iron Hill’s most popular draft beers and found its way into nearby Iron Hill locations in Ardmore, Chestnut Hill, and Huntingdon Valley. It was also introduced at Iron Hill's 15th location in Center City Philadelphia, as one of the restaurants launching beers.

As part of the cans release, the Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant in Center City Philadelphia will be giving out 4 oz. Pours of The Philly Special for an extremely patriotic price of $.76. This special will be available on the day of the, can release, April 18th from 3:30pm to 4:30pm organized by one of Philadelphia’s most distinguished citizen, Benjamin Franklin.

The Philly Special is crafted from flaked oats and wheat and a 6.7% ABV IPA boasting an intense flavor as well as scents of tropical fruit and resinous pine dominate. So, head on out to your favorite Iron Hill location and grab a 4-pack of Philadelphia sports history.
