Owners Scott Rigilano and John Kelly plan to install brewing equipment and open a tasting room. They have yet to decide which type of craft beer they will offer. But, once approved, they will start brewing and selling their first beers.

The plan to build a craft brewery in Woodbury Heights is an exciting development. The partners are restoring a leased building in the city's downtown. It has a 2,000-square-foot area for a customer area. It has room for 75 patrons. The brewery's mechanical brewing infrastructure will be located in a separate 1,000-square-foot space.

Once the borough's approval is given, outfitting the tasting room will begin.  Rigilano one of the partners, a Woodbury Heights native, and homebrewer, hopes to have the brewery open by the end of the year.
