Parliament's original location opened nearly a year ago at the New-York Historical Society and Charlotte, N.C. The Philly location is situated in Center City inside the Graham Building at 30 S. 15th street.
Parliament Espresso & Coffee Bar is the making of Starr Catering Group and is right across from Dilworth Plazza and City Hall. The concept will emphasis heavily on the role of the barista and employ truly passionate coffee aficionados in the role.
In addition to the crafted coffee and espresso coffee, visitors can choose from a selection of breakfast bites, homemade pastries, seasonal sandwiches and small and large salads.

HOURS OF OPERATION: Parliament Coffee Espresso and Coffee Bar will be open to the public Monday – Saturday from 7:30am –5:30pm, and Sunday from 10 – 6pm. So next time you're in center city stop by and relax at the new Parliament Espresso & Coffee!
