Philadelphia Cheesesteak Adventure at Bonesaw Brewing, Glassboro, NJ.Philadelphia, PA - Today's post is graduate school level Cheesesteak eating. It was a day of cheesesteaks with Amigo Dan and his sidekick Eric. We were going to Glassboro to eat the 2021 Cheesesteak Calendar at Peter & Sons.

Instead of going further away from Delaware searching for cheesesteaks, I decided to work with what Glassboro gave me and am a big Bonesaw Brewing fan.

They only sell what they brew and have an outstanding and diverse selection of beers in a very cool building with plenty of seating.

What they do not have is a kitchen, so they are BYOF, Bring-Your-Own-Food. Now, I just needed to find cheesesteaks.

I Google mapped 'pizza near me.' Pizza because a cheesesteak search will return Pat's and Geno's no matter where you are in the world, and Filippo's Pizza and Little Sicily Pizza were literally around the corner.

I was feeling good about myself, so I decided to try and take it another step. Each place had Broccoli Rabe on their menu, so I ordered cheesesteaks with broccoli rabe, provolone cheese, and roasted peppers from both places.

Special order asking reminder; magic words, making sure it is on the menu, and not busy. For the last piece of the puzzle, I got very lucky. Looking at google maps on our way to pick up our cheesesteak at Little Sicily, I noticed a Grilled Cheese place, Larry's Grilled Cheese and Quesadilla Co., six stores down the road.

I called, and they had a grilled cheese cheesesteak.   Perfect trifecta. We went to Bonesaw Brewing and sat inside. My new favorite thing about Bonesaw Brewing is the glass center of the inside tables.

Through the glass, you can see the driftwood table bases that are hollow. We got different beers each round and liked them all. I am leaving the cheesesteak grading to the video. Enjoy.
