Seafood Focused Farm-To-TablePhiladelphia, PA - If you're looking for a farm-to-table restaurant in Avalon, NJ, you've come to the right place. Seafood is the focus at The Diving Horse, and the upscale-rustic setting and seasonal menu is sure to please. Moreover, guests can enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer with the restaurant's BYOB policy while dining on a delicious seafood-focused menu.

The Diving Horse is a Seafood Focused Farm-To-Table Restaurant

The Diving Horse is a modern, white-washed farmhouse restaurant, open daily for dinner from Memorial Day through Labor Day.  Its interiors are airy and relaxed, with natural colors and reclaimed materials. Old classroom chalkboards were replaced with patina-finished mirrors and center-cut yellow pine flooring dating back to the 1850s. The dining room offers 70 seats and looks out over the main street of Avalon.

The Diving Horse's design is an artful marriage of style and functionality.  While the main dining area is surrounded by modern furniture, the walls feature large paintings by Chester County impressionist Elise Phillips.

The Diving Horse is seasonal seafood-focused, located on the corner of Dune Drive and 21st street in Avalon. Situated along the shore drive, the restaurant offers an inspired menu featuring ingredients sourced from local sources and day boat fishermen. In addition to seafood and farm-to-table ingredients, the restaurant allows guests to bring their own wine or beer. The outdoor space is also open to the public, so make sure you come early.
