Philadelphia, PA - Valley Forge Casino Resort announces the appointment of Chef Theodore Iwachiw. He will take the lead as Executive Chef of all food and beverage operations on the property.
Valley Forge Casino Resort Hires New Executive Chef
Chef Iwachiw holds an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies from the Academy of Culinary Arts in May’s Landing, NJ.
He served as Executive Sous Chef at the famed Atlantis Resort Paradise Island in the Bahamas and numerous kitchens throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Previous positions held include Chef/Proprietor of Ted’s on Main in Medford, NJ, Executive Chef/Food and Beverage Director of Germantown Cricket Club, Executive Chef of Wolfgang Puck Catering, and Regional Executive Chef at Davio’s Steakhouse in King of Prussia.
Most recently, Iwachiw led the opening of Live! Casino and Hotel in Philadelphia, where he oversaw daily operations of three restaurants, the food court, banquets, and room service.

Chef Iwachiw’s primary focus will be recruiting top talent at Valley Forge Casino Resort. Along with revamping the food and beverage operations at Valley Forge Casino Resort, including the wedding menu options, creating new menu items at Revolution Chophouse, and improvements to the casual sports bar concept, Valley Tavern.
